1. About TCM Reading

TCM Reading ("we", "us", "our") provides online Traditional Chinese Medicine body pattern readings via tcmreading.com. By accessing or purchasing from this site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

TCM Reading provides a personalised wellness report based on your tongue photographs and symptom questionnaire answers. The report includes guidance on body pattern, herbal remedies, foods, lifestyle, and daily rhythm as understood within the Traditional Chinese Medicine framework.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a reading.

3. Not medical advice

TCM Reading is provided for educational and wellness purposes only. Nothing in your report constitutes medical diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment for any condition or disease.

Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of anything contained in your reading. Always consult a qualified healthcare practitioner for any health concerns.

TCM Reading is not a substitute for professional medical care.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge shown at checkout. All prices are as displayed at the time of purchase.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. Because your reading is a personalised digital product generated specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once your report has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us at hello@tcmreading.com and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Accuracy of information

The quality of your reading depends on the accuracy of the information and photographs you provide. We are not responsible for readings affected by unclear photographs, inaccurate answers, or information you choose not to share.

7. Intellectual property

All content on tcmreading.com — including the report format, website design, and copy — is the property of TCM Reading. Your personal report is for your individual use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCM Reading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any content in your report. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the reading.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
